This is one of my favorite places to go. From watching the Suns and Mercury play, or a great boxing matches, also some of the best musicians and artist that have come through. The people who work there are always friendly. The service is top notch. Shout out to Carolina who always seems to make sure we have a good time in the PayPal suite. I have never had a bad experience or seat in this place! If you ever get the opportunity to experience the suite life, definitely take advantage!

Great place in downtown Phoenix for events! We had a box for the James Taylor concert and the food was great, the service and staff were great and the box was clean and well kept. The main bar in the center on first floor was packed, but quick with orders. I grew up in Phoenix and having watched it grow the last 40+ years has been awesome. When we came to downtown events growing up, no one would stay after dark. It was definitely a bit scary. People did not hang out there. I am so impressed with the growth and amenities Phoenix has added to the downtown space and my clients that live up and down midtown uptown downtown are all pretty happy as well!

We watched a basketball game in Arizona for the first time, and I had no idea basketball could be this fun! The arena was huge and had great facilities. We had a clear view of the court, and there were exciting events during breaks that made the experience even more enjoyable. My daughter wore headphones because the cheering was loud, but she still had a great time enjoying the music and the game. Inside the arena, there were various food options, and we were able to enjoy snacks and beer while watching the game. If you want to park in the arena’s main parking lot, you need to buy a parking ticket in advance. We parked at a nearby lot for $25, and there were plenty of parking options around the arena, which was very convenient.

I love the PHX arena!!! I go to the Phoenix Mercury games with my wife, and the ENTIRE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE! These are some of the most courteous people you will ever meet, plus no one is more accommodating at any other arena! Guest services staff is the best! Ushers are kind and helpful! There are plenty of concessions, comfortable seating, and they have the best team spirit! We enjoy every minute!

Fantastic time watching WWE Monday Night RAW with my family 06/09/25! Even with long lines and a sold out arena full of people the staff did an amazing job keeping everything in order like the merchandise line and the whole process was very smooth! Kym was a security on site and he saw me taking a picture of my son with the arena in the background and offered to help us capture a picture together and it was very much appreciated and wanted to give him a special shout out! Great experience we had an amazing time I love this arena!
