We just started here and we love the studio and classes. Geeny is great instructor, and there are lots of options for classes. The vibe of the studio is very open and friendly. And I never thought I'd get my husband to a yoga class, but he tried it and really appreciated the combination with physical therapy (he's had a lot of injuries). I too don't consider myself a "yoga' person, but I love the heated classes and all the various options. I highly recommend the studio - check it out!!

Since joining the hot physio yoga and reiki classes my attitude has changed and I'm losing weight and back in control. These classes are now a top priority because of the results my family and I have seen.

Geeny is brilliant! As a busy dentist I’ve been experiencing neck and back pain and have searched endlessly for solutions. A good friend of mine suggested PhysioYoga and I’ve been hooked since my first class. My pain levels have drastically improved since first starting. I’m more impressed that Geeny immediately took notice of my posture and was able to summarize all of my body issues at my first session. She took time after class to show me ways to immediately help my neck pain in the gym which made a world of difference for me. I decided to pursue a personal training session with her and was blown away by her ability to diagnose all my other ailments and give me immediate feedback on how to fix those ailments through exercise. I’ve had all sorts of personal trainers, physical therapists, watched countless YouTube trainers and have read all sorts of exercise advice and nothing comes close to the attention to detail and advice I received in one session. Wow. I’m very excited to have found Geeny and her amazing studio (the other instructors are also fantastic) and I cannot speak higher of these wonderful human beings!
