I can honestly say that Rollbl Sushi serves the best rolls in NYC. It’s a hidden gem when it comes to Asian cuisine. Everything is always fresh, and they prepare it quickly! I highly recommend checking this place out—whether you’re grabbing takeout or enjoying a meal inside. Huge thanks to the team, and I wish you all continued success in the future. Thanks you, guys!

So I ordered some Mexican food via Door Dash and what I thought was a restaurant named Birria City. I go to pick up my order at a waiting area with a window, one service clerk (who was friendly), and no food. My order kept being delayed and it was almost an hour before I gave up on my four tacos. The clerk apologized and cancelled my order on his tablet. It was confirmed cancelled through Door Dash. I have no idea how this place works but I would avoid coming here if you're in a hurry or hungry. The only reason I gave two stars to this place is because the clerk was able to cancel my order.

Food here is a hit or miss. I’ve grown fond of a few spots and occasionally order lunch, though some options are pricey. However, one place I’ve ordered from regularly—Gotham Sandwich—has left a sour taste in my mouth recently. Typically, my order is ready about 10 minutes late, which I’ve tolerated. But on my last visit, I arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time to accommodate for their usual lateness and my food still wasn’t ready. I waited another 15–20 minutes and eventually asked the worker in the front to check on my order. After another 10 minutes, I was informed that no one was even in the kitchen. I ended up wasting over an hour of my time just to be told my food wasn’t being made at all. If there are no workers, why keep the store open? That said, the worker who assisted me was very kind. I appreciate that he took the time to check on my order, let me know what was going on so I didn’t wait even longer, and helped me cancel my order. While I’m grateful for his help, this situation was completely unacceptable. Please do better for the sake of your customers.

Terrible and nonexistent customer service. The digital food court concept may be nice if it actually works - in this case, it appears to be a clumsy attempt to minimize operational costs. No staff at the window and no number to call if anything goes south. My order was delayed without warning and I never got my food because I couldn’t find anyone to help before I left. I tried to contact Picnics a few times for a refund and never heard back, not even a digital confirmation of receipt of my message. Everything just went to a black hole. What’s worse is that apparently they responded to my credit card company when I asked my credit card company to cancel this transaction - while completely ignoring my messages - and argued that I should pay for a delayed order that I never received. I was appalled. This business was perfectly aware of what happened and they still had the audacity to request that I pay. Just shameless.
