There is plenty of parking space for box trucks and vans, and the location is good. I went to sleep at 12:00 a.m., but at 4:50 a.m., I was rudely awakened by a security guard who kicked me out. I don't understand Pilot's policy, as they could have waited until the parking lot was at least 70-80% full. Unfortunately, Pilot doesn't listen to their drivers or respond appropriately to their feedback. 2 stars for good location and for allowing me to rest at least 5 hours.

Pulled into this Pilot at about 11:30 AM… and wow. What a nightmare. The entrance is awful, the whole yard feels like it was designed to trap trucks. Once you’re in, that’s it — kiss an hour goodbye just trying to get out. I even asked one of the employees to call out on the speaker and tell those trucks blocking the lanes to move… nobody ever did. So you just sit there watching the mess, stuck behind everyone else. The place is a mess, a total waste of time just sitting and waiting for something to clear up. Terrible layout, terrible flow. Would I come back? Not a chance. Don’t even think about coming here, guys. This one’s a straight‑up disaster.

My experience in this place was not pleasant. I do not recommend it, I hope someone from this industry takes the leadership of the gas stations that provide good service, treatment and attention to the drivers who transport cargo throughout the country. Finally Thanks to Us they bring the bread to their table every day, this is a chain and we should all be grateful, if we break it the cycle is completely damaged.

You need to be extremely patient when you come to this truck stop during busy time; wheels turn extremely slow here whether you're buying diesel fuel or conducting business in the store. Today, a selfish driver pulled up his truck nearly 7 feet before yellow line effectively blocking diesel island. I was behind his truck for 20 minutes, then decided to back up and go to a different fuel island. He must have been there for at least half an hour.
