I booked a pedicure using my ClassPass credit before a wedding and left feeling disappointed. When I arrived, they had me sign a waiver, and I asked if French tips on my toes were extra. Since they charged $10 more, I decided to just go with white polish, which ended up being a good call. The experience was far from relaxing. The technician was constantly interrupted by a personal call, which made the pedicure feel rushed. After finishing my toes, one of them smudged when it touched the polish on the toe next to it. When I pointed it out, she quickly added more polish and top coat but didn’t fix the bumpiness. She then left, rolling her cart to the back, which left me feeling frustrated. Another tech noticed my dissatisfaction and asked someone else to fix it. My original tech returned, removed the polish, and repainted the toe. It wasn’t perfect, but it was better than before. I still tipped, but I wouldn’t return for another service. The overall experience didn’t meet my expectations.

This is a wonderul salon. I love having my acrylic nails done with gel polish by Hanna. She's so good at what she does. I also enjoy getting pedicures here with regular polish. The staff is very nice and the salon is always clean.

After six weeks of camping, hiking, and digging for rocks, both my hands and feet were a mess. Pink Petal Nail Spa fit me in. The entire shop was very pleasant and friendly. Tammy is simply adorable, a d a joy to talk to. A few days ago, all of my acrylics had come off, and Tammy made my hands beautiful once again. She listened to me on the way I liked them to be filed, and she did a fabulous job (better than my regular lady) Nina had the chore of working on my feet. Being a flip flop hiker, my feet were a mess needless to say. Nina made my feet soft and pretty again without even one complant, lol. One can tell that this shop has a very loyal, happy clientele that appears to be more like friends. If I am ever in the area again, Pink Petal will definitely be my place to be fixed up again. Thank you. You are only a 5(five) star because that is all I am able to give. You are a 10(ten) star on my book.

Maya and Tina took great care of me. Tina did an amazing job on my pedicure with strong hands which made the pedicure experience worth while and the nail color was perfect. Maya was amazing with the nail vision that I had and did a phenomenal job. I get hard gel and it didn’t burn or anything at all! I will be back thanks ladies I love my nails! I just wanted to update after 4 weeks! Yes 4 weeks since I got the nails done and they are still looking fire - grown out yes, which is normal but I am still getting compliments and nothing has cracked or broken or faded. Did a mani and pedi and I’m not exaggerating at all when I say this was a horrible experience. Made me bleed 3 times and kept drilling over it. My toenails were healthy when I came in and they drilled it down so much they now are paper thin and hurt. I was in so much pain this entire experience, I just wanted it to end. Not to mention the unprofessional way my pedi turned out, my little brother could have done a better job. I will need to redo them myself.
