Piper's Orchard is a really cool stop on a walking trail within Carkeek Park. You can get to it by parking at QFC and then walking around behind QFC and starting north along the trail there, or by walking around the back of Viewlands Elementary, or by hiking up from the parking down in Carkeek Park, but that's the farthest away option. It's a historical spot, which is pretty cool. It's just a little field of trees that you stumble upon and there are signs that tell about the history and who planted them and who used to live there. I like it, it's unexpected and I like history, so I enjoyed it.
