Yelp has a ton of reviews talking about how they’ve bought faulty stuff here too so it’s not just me despite what the cashier was trying to make me think. Low quality products and do not care about the customer at all. The entire ordeal seemed shady since before he sold it he was like “and if it doesn’t work, not my problem”. Kevin was really helpful and patient when it came to us. He was very knowledgeable on the cbd herb and knew witch one were the freshest. I have a disabled girlfriend and he didn't make us feel rushed at all. Also the other Kevin was great as wel! He threw us a lighter and when we said we loved those lighters he gave us another one! Now thats customer service. It's crazy how far something simple goes. I didn't even think to tip them, do they have a tip jar? If so it needs to be bigger.
