Platinum is a great place to base music out of. Great location. Clean and bright facility. Management attentive to client needs. Very supportive of local music scene and musicians of all genres. They do not put up with illegal activities on site no matter who it is. Also they issue parking pass tags so all the cars that are supposed to be at this facility will be left alone. Always display your parking pass.

This used to be a great place. But a new tenant, DJ School, makes it impossible for anyone else to conduct business here. As long as they’re still here I recommend locating your business and studios anywhere else. Update - The DJ school plays music so loudly that it significantly interferes with the sound in other studios impacting practicing, lessons, and anything else you try to work on.

Good place! It's a little up on the price, but it's fantastically secure and clean. There are some issues with heating and cooling as they are all linked to a central system. My only real issue is the lack of soundproofing. You will hear your floor mates, not just neighbors. That said, it is a rehearsal studio, not recording. There were no real interactions with Duane, but I did deal with Angela a few times. She did a solid deal getting us in and provided me an extra day to finish moving out. Overall, the experience was great, so don't let the 1 missing star fool you. This place is more 4.5. Only missing marks for HVAC and soundproofing.
