Can always find some really great gems if you take the time to dig around. There are some items that I find a little overpriced, especially being 2nd hand. However if you can score during their extra 50% off sales or extra markdowns, it’s totally worth it! I had a really great experience selling a bunch of golf clubs here yesterday. I had called ahead of time to ask about their buy back program. Joseph answered the call and even allowed me to send him a written list of what I had available. He promptly reviewed and responded in writing, re what clubs they would be interesting in seeing now versus next Spring (when they have room for more inventory) so I didn’t waste my time cleaning and bringing clubs they wouldn’t buy. When I got there, he let me know about how long it would take, allowing me to leave and to run errands and when I got back, he had the receipt with all the offers printed out so I could quickly make decisions. They wrote me a check on the spot (which I preferred to store credit) and I was on my way. An excellent customer service experience! I would highly recommend this store.
