Yesterday's experience with the shop attendant was not pleasant. My child went up to her to ask how much something cost, and she abrasively responded that it was on the sticker. While it was obvious to me and the shopkeeper, it was not obvious to my child, who only saw a bar code and many numbers, not understating which is the price. I was trying to make this shopping experience a learning one as my kid had shopping budget for the store and the attendant could have chosen to be kinder in her interactions. My child also said thank you after completing the purchase, only to be completely ignored.
