The ingredients are NOT fresh at all, we tried the plant based bowl, the broccoli was overcooked and mushy, they just took the pre-cooked ingredients out of the fridge and throw them in the bowl (the overcooked broccoli was super cold that’s how I know) there were 3 little squares of tofu and looks nothing like the pictures. Would not recommend.

I was in from out of town and was looking for a healthier option. I opted for the Fried Chicken Bowl and Fried Miso Brussels Sprouts. The fried chicken bowl was absolutely delicious and very filling. The size of the bowl was more than I could eat and tasted absolutely delicious. My favorite items in the bowl, besides the perfectly seasoned and crispy fried chicken, was the cucumber namasu and the marinated cherry tomatoes. The jasmine rice was also cooked to perfection. The miso sauce complimented the fried Brussels Sprouts perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and was very thankful to have found a healthy option among all the food trucks in Austin. Give them a try!

Ordered both the fried chicken bowl and salad. Neither one actually came with avocado as noted on the menu, which was a huge disappointment. Called the restaurant to let them know, and they were very “oh well, sorry” about it. Other than that, food was decent but not great. Chicken seems to be frozen tenders. Unlikely to order again.
