Reviews concerning Pluckers Corporate Office and the broader Pluckers Wing Bar operations reveal a mixed reception. User feedback often praises the company culture, describing the environment as energetic and the coworkers as motivated, which supports a positive team dynamic. Employees note that benefits such as free meals during shifts and a thorough training program contribute to some positive aspects of working within the company. However, criticism is notably present in several reviews, with common complaints directed at management’s communication and workload expectations, which some employees feel are disproportionate to the compensation they receive. I want to clarify that the restaurants are generally well-run and that Plucker's is making positive strides in many areas. However, the leadership responsible for training is lacking. I joined as a CIT and, despite receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from the restaurant team, I was documented for issues that could have been addressed through coaching conversations. Instead, mistakes were treated punitively. My training advisor was extremely judgmental, dismissive, and combative, and was not open to my feedback or insights regarding various situations. I do not recommend pursuing a management position here.

I absolutely love pluckers. I have been a fan as long as I can remember! I love the service, the food and the atmosphere! Super fun family/ bar and restaurant. One thing I wanted to say is I was CRAVING some delicious chili lime wings. And I was so sad to see they are off the menu! This is my attempt to get them back on the menu! Thank y’all for all that you do!

Worst restaurant I've ever worked for. I left a while ago for the reasons I've listed below and have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks about my a simple change of address for my W-2 and have yet to even talk to someone or have someone reach out after leaving multiple voicemails. Working for them was an awful experience and now I HAVE to deal with them because they are so grossly incompetent they refuse to check their voicemails or call people back. Everyone plays favorites, the owners are idiots who micromanage every breath you take and if we had something, as employees that we enjoyed, they would have a "manager meeting" with the GM's and owners to talk about how they could take it from us.

Chicken was recooked as well as cold, had to send 1 order back because they were cold. Paid extra for both sets of wings to have extra sauce (wet,) but ending up not only not having my wings wet, but paid more for an extra cup of side sauce. Placed a to go order for 5 wings to go (in which I included leftover wings from the all drums I had from dinner,) wings came out, but we're hanging out of container/plate, with medical tape barely holding the plate close, because it was broken & whomever was too lazy to place wings in a bigger plate that was more presentable. Asked to speak with manager, he came over, & was told exactly how many wings were in the plate total, as well as all drums (like I ordered in the first place,) but noticed once I got home to pack my lunch, that there was not only flats included, but one of the wings looked as if someone took an entire bite off of one of the wings. This was my first time eating at this location, because I normally go to eat at the Austin location once a week, but decided to switch things up & try Round Rock, but this will be the last time. It was an absolute nightmare. The only thing that actually kept me & my partner there, was the AWESOME young lady that we had as our server. She was amazing & continuously apologized for the slack job on behalf of the kitchen. Who puts tape on food, especially food that's hanging out of a broken plate, verses replacing the actual plate. I WILL NOT be returning to this location, it was the absolute worse, but thank you to our server. Again, she was everything. I expected more out of this location considering the fact that I spent $56.56 ($68.56, including the tip.)

This was the worst experience l've ever experienced eating out with family. We were supposed to be celebrating my grandson 20th birthday ..we had reservations party of 10@ 5:45, we were running late, l called restaurant, automated system just kept repeating, no one answered. When we arrived @6:15,had wait 10 minutes for clean table, no problem. Seated at 6:30, When we were seated, it took 20 minutes for waiter to return to take drink/appetizer order. In meantime, remaining 6 in party shows up,he seated guests, took their orders and came back with no appetizer but had drinks. Walked off, didn't ask if we were ready to order. We got our drinks at 7:11..no appetizer, he walked off stayed gone at other tables and finally came back 7:30 take food order. Long story short, food arrived cold, at 8:30..orders incorrect, my grandson was not in mood to eat as this time. I'm diabetic and l was upset because my stomach was beginning to be upset. We reached out to management several times but they didn't appear to want to really assist. I told them people have come ate and gone. We didn't order steaks, just wings and,They didn't try to compensate the bill Sadly we will not be returning. Management tried to use excuse it's game night. We were here long before crowd and the crowd and the game.
