I'm giving this place a glowing five star review largely due to the fact that Jeff, an intuitive worker with an impeccable sense of customer service goes above and beyond to help customers here. I don't come to plymarket very often because I live across town. However, the last three times I have come into plum Market, he has managed to impress me with his assistance every single time. I have a bad knee right now. I'm waiting on surgery and I have very limited mobility so the time before last he noticed that I was hobbling across the crosswork and he brought me an electric amigo without even asking and I was hurting really bad that day and it meant a lot to me. This time he assisted me carrying my groceries out to the car. Ann Arbor has a lot of places that have very good customer service in my opinion, I've only recently moved here in February. However, due to Jeff and his empathetic customer service I rate rate plum market on Maple Street 5 out of 5 I'll say they have the best customer service of any grocery store that I've been to here. I think it speaks well to the training at plum Market, however Jeff has a natural ability and a natural empathy that would make him an excellent manager. He would be a great loss if he got employment somewhere else.

Produce has fallen off recently. Have seen them drop fruit and produce on ground and put right on shelf with dirt and debris. This place needs to be privately inspected. Nick is very rude and seems like he doesn't like his job smh. Won't be coming back

Absolutely terrible. Rude staff. Manger Named nick walks around the store so fast like he’s on an upper. I have seen him bump into numerous customers. This store needs to get a grip. If I could give 0 stars I would. Whole Foods has earned a new life long customer

Very clean store. Available outside/inside seating for any food from their in house kitchen, bakery, or prepared foods dept. Hot soup and a Cold salad bar are also available. Cheese/Deli and Meat/Seafood counter service as well. Pretty sweet rewards system through their app. Great customer service throughout store!

This place has went down hill. The cut fruit and produce are worse than they have ever been. Terrible management. Produce team rude. They don't notice you asking a question because they are so busy trying to run to the back. This place needs to be inspected seriously. Nick or something is running around crazy and running this place into the ground
