Worst run housing complex in the area. It used to be nice when we first moved here but a few years later the current management has let it go and it shows. The rest of the area is well painted and the grass and shrubs maintained. They seem to care about the most frivolous things yet “the board” does hardly anything about safety and security but to tell you to, “not keep anything valuable on your patio” after having BBQs and other normal items that go in outdoor areas stolen. If you’re looking for a somewhere to live, you might want to consider elsewhere.

As a licensed architect I really enjoy the classic 60’s modernism and simplicity of the design. The residents are very kind and care about the community. My favorite part is the heated saltwater pool, the spa and the large trees that you don’t get with new developments.

Old infrastructure but a great place to live for families. The community is family oriented and has some nice perks, such as: heated salt water pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse area (can be reserved for parties), tennis courts, children's gated play area, small gym, and 2 gas grills with picnic area by pool. Overall, it's a great place. Only con is the building's maintenance, they need drastic improvements.

We played dungeons & dragons for almost two decades there. Unfortunately things have changed the tennis courts are in disarray but the pool and community apartments are nice but overpriced. But isn't that how things are now?
