Unfriendly staff - they do not want to work. Three employees on duty just a bit before 7 pm. One cleaning in the kitchen, one wiping windows outside and a third behind the counter who didn't even bother to look up, greet, or take the orders of us or the people in front of us who had been waiting longer. We left and went to the noodle place two doors down and were greeted and our order taken right away. Whoever manages this Poke place - take notice - you need new employees or get the ones you have to actually do their work.

Really disappointing!! I ordered myself a small poke bowl. First of all, the fish didn’t taste fresh, the temperature was not ideal (Wasn’t cold). Didn’t taste any of my ponzu dressing at all, the serving size was not enough compared to other Poke places. I got my rice burnt and overall i didn’t enjoy my food at all. And besides my food tasting really bad the staff wasn’t friendly at all. I was so disappointed because i know poke can be expensive but at least you expect getting fresh great quality food. Don’t waste your money like i did🥲

DO NOT eat here. I got food poisoning after eating here the other day. Wished I had read the reviews because it’s true what others are saying. The fish was warm like room temp and definitely not as fresh as all the other Poki 1/2 locations I’ve trusted in the past! Service was also unacceptably slow. Placed a mobile order, waited 20 minutes after the pickup time, and they still hadn’t even started on it! This location is a mess and should be investigated by the health department. You can’t be lazy when dealing with raw seafood and it’s so dangerous that they are.
