I’ve been shopping at this store for over 8 years. It’s among the best in AZ for resale stores, in terms of curation and price. I read through some of the reviews and it seems the people who aren’t happy either aren’t familiar with resale policies are were super entitled. They do a great job consistently and that’s tough in this particular field. My very first job at 16 years old was at a resale store in Mesa, AZ. It wasn’t easy. It’s very hard to make the public selling clothing happy because they’ve paid retail prices and expect a lot. I think for what they do, PLRG does a freaking great job. I get tons of work clothes here. This is not an incentivized review, I just felt compelled to write it after reading the negative reviews and thinking, wow, that was not and hasn’t not been my experience at all.

I sold a valuable item (a WITH JÉAN top) at Poor Little Rich Girl — a piece worn by celebrities like Emily Ratajkowski, which I mentioned to the staff. I was explicitly told I’d receive $30. I repeated the amount, and the staff confirmed it. Yet when I got home and finally checked the cash, the amount was nowhere near what was promised. The receipt shows only $9.60 — a blatant mismatch to the agreed price. When I asked for cash instead of store credit (which they initially offered), the staff laughed dismissively and said “no problem,” but still shortchanged me. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Basic honesty and fair treatment should be the absolute minimum when dealing with customers. I would think twice before trusting this place with your items.

Really cute consignment store. Everything was organized so nicely. Some prices were a little bit higher and some were not as much but the clothes were nicer than a typical thrift store. They had very nice jewelry as well. There are so many different rings, necklaces, and bracelets to choose from.

I recently visited Poor Little Rich Girl and was blown away by the best selection of clothes, nicest staff, and great atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcomed into a stylish and inviting store. The staff at Poor Little Rich Girl were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with my shopping. They were knowledgeable about the products and gave me great recommendations. But the real standout of this store was the selection of clothes. They have a wide range of high-quality brands and styles at affordable prices. I was able to find everything I needed, and the staff helped me locate hard-to-find items. I also appreciated the atmosphere of the store. It was clean and well-maintained, and the decor was stylish and on-trend. It was a pleasure to shop in this store. Overall, I would highly recommend Poor Little Rich Girl for their excellent selection of clothes and top-notch shopping experience. The nicest staff and great atmosphere set this store apart from others in the area. Thank you, Poor Little Rich Girl, for a truly enjoyable shopping trip.
