Outstanding Service and Selection at [Store Name] in Portland I’ve been on the hunt for a Stetson Open Road 6X for a while, but I wasn't sure about the proper fit for my size. I wanted to try it on before committing to a purchase. To my surprise, I found it in my size right in the store! I want to give a big shout-out to Brat, the gentleman who helped me. He was incredibly patient and took the time to assist me in choosing the perfect color. Not only did he help me try on several options, but he also went above and beyond by offering me a hat they could custom cut and shape to my liking. In the end, I walked out with a beautiful Silverbelly Open Road 6X, and I already know what my next color will be! What really impressed me was that the price was the same as if I had bought it directly from Stetson. If you’re in need of western cowboy boots, clothing, or hats, this is the place to go. Great selection, excellent service, and a knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Absolute top, this is where to find the high quality US heritage brands for ranch and outdoor activities. Also carries a huge selection of Barbour products alongside Filson and many more. A complete showroom of saddles and horse riding gears on the top floor. Friendly service, definitely a place I'd return in the future

This place is everything a brick and mortar store should be - it's a unique and personal place that perfectly serves its market. They have a great selection of everything they carry, everyone is knowledgeable and happy to help, and the store is just a fun place to be. The store's been in the owners family since 1919, and you can clearly feel that from the care and attention he and the staff give to both the customers and the store itself. The place is a true Portland landmark, and worth visiting if you need a new jacket, boots, or just a cool place to wander.

TOP TIER SERVICE- some people call it “following you around” I call it “at your service”. Brad made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day even though I only bought a few simple things. Every time I go to the store, I fall in love with something new. Next, I hope to go back for a beautiful long Pendleton coat. The merchandise is neither cheap nor inexpensive but if you are familiar with any of the brands they carry, you know that they are worth it. Many will last for 10 to 20 years. Maybe for the rest of my life with the right care. I love my FRYE boots, my Schott jacket, my new hooded Carhart jacket and my beautiful rabbit gloves and beanie. The boots only took a few days to come in and they fit beautifully. Brad was very kind about letting me make sure that everything I bought was a good fit. He ordered two sizes for me so that I could choose a size that fit best. Everyone in the store is very friendly and kind. The first floor has amazing outdoor jackets and backpacks and boots galore. You really have to take your time in the store to appreciate everything they’ve picked for their customers. On the second floor there are lots and lots of beautiful women’s items. And up on the very top floor, on the third floor they’ve got saddles and wool blankets and just some really amazing stuff to look at. It’s an awesome building and it’s really worth visiting.

This store is awesome. Throwback to a time and style of outerwear before REI. Salespeople smile and are helpful. Products are very timeless quality. You won’t find much gortex, and other hi-tech fabric clothes here. Think more classic cotton, wool, and waxed canvas outwear from Pendleton, Barbur, and Carhartt. Excellent selection of Levi’s and Wrangler jeans.
