During my trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try a few local pizza spots—and hands down, Post Alley Pizza served the best slice of them all. The crust was spot-on, the sauce had just the right kick, and the cheese-pull didn’t disappoint. I also tried one of their sandwiches, which was surprisingly good. Pro tip: don’t skip the hoagie Jazz spread. It takes the flavor of the sandwich to the next level—adds that perfect tangy, herby punch that ties it all together. If you're in Seattle and craving a solid slice or a satisfying sandwich, Post Alley Pizza is well worth the stop.

They have slices of cheese and pepperoni always available, plus a rotating daily meat special and daily veg special - check their Instagram stories to see what they are for the day. For full pizzas, a few more options are available. No seating, just a counter, but can take pizza and walk a block or so to the piers and find benches to sit on.

We chose to do takeout at Post Alley Pizza on a beautiful April Friday. We grabbed hoagies instead of pizza this time. Both sandwiches were solid, with the chopped cheese being a highlight. The bread was burned unfortunately, but otherwise everything was solid. Would come back for more east coast style sandwiches.

They serve thin sliced pizza which was delicious. We got pepperoni and the daily veggie which was green olives, basil and mozzarella. Quick service.

I ordered the Italian hoagie with mayo (~$19) and it was a short wait before getting the sandwich. The hoagie was big, like the size of my forearm. The sesame-topped bread was yummy and plenty of Italian meats inside but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the vinegar-y taste (a tad heavy, just personal preference). My partner had the hoagie with jazz sauce and we both preferred mayo over the jazz sauce. Overall, the sandwich was okay but not worth it imo at the $19 price point - glad we tried it though! Post Alley Pizza has a couple seats inside otherwise no seating. We liked getting our sandwiches then finding a seat by waterfront to enjoy the sun.
