My friend and I stopped into Postino Broadway for brunch today! The staff was so friendly, the establishment was very clean, and the food was fantastic! The house made tater tots are a must try! This was my first time here. My immediate reaction was that i loved the design and it had a great atmosphere. I came here with co workers for someone who was moving away. We sat in a corner next to the bar and patio exit. I was excited to try this place out and figured it would be a great place for a date night on a feature visit. We were there at 3pm i guess the had a staff change over but we were severely neglected. No one had water left in our cups we all needed another drink (we were here for happy hour). Everyone was trying to be polite since we were with coworkers and two senior leaders but even they were frustrated we just didn’t want our farewell get together to be soured. I understand changing over shifts but can you please coach your team on how to better execute transferring tables between shifts? For a place that charges your price change you’d expect professional and customer service that matches.
