He made sure guests were seated promptly, kept the to-go orders flowing smoothly, ensured the tables were always set, and maintained a tidy, welcoming environment—even during the busy rush. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The entire Postino team worked like a well-oiled machine. Whether it was water being refilled, tables being cleaned and reset, or simply enjoying the vibes with the guest —everything was handled flawlessly. It’s rare to see that level of teamwork, especially during peak hours. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to my waitress, Chris. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
