What a gem…. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and were looking for a family-friendly Good Friday service. This place was everything I hoped for and more. The service was perfect for kids and offered the beautiful somberness a Good Friday service should, in an age-appropriate way. There were tactile experiences for the children to take part in during the service, and the singer had a world-class voice that shone through the simplicity of her ballads and the accompaniment of a lone guitar. After the service, some good local pizza was served while the kids were able to run around on the playground. Ann, Allison, and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome. They even sent us on our way with a box of pizza for the rest of the family at the hotel! Wish this church was closer to home 🙏

I used to come here on Wednesday mornings for bible study with the pastor and also my friend and boss David Vernon. This is a nice church and to me seems very formal and traditional. The live Nativity scene during Christmas time is always a fun experience as well.
