He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about photography — especially film. I also took his film photography class, and it was incredibly helpful. Been here twice now, the first time to rent a lens, and today to buy said lens! :) the store employees are always friendly and helpful, and I always learn so much from them every time I visit. Also appreciate as a customer that they don’t try to push you to buy certain items but are realistic with what you would need or what would be the best fit for each person’s situation. Called for a specific product. Travis was helpful on the phone and quick to find what I was looking for. Decided to drive in. Get to the location for my first time- and was lucky enough to have Travis help me out in the store. He gave his honest opinion on some products I was considering and was not pushy with sales, in the slightest. Also very knowledgeable! I’ve been a photographer for 13 years and typically avoid camera stores because of the lack of selection and/or solid customer service. This store had a great selection, organized presentation and great customer attentiveness. I will definitely be a regular at ProCam Ann Arbor when I am in the area. 10 stars if I could!
