When I first decided to explore Product Management, I didn’t really know where to begin. I was reading product blogs, attending webinars, talking to PMs but I knew I needed some sort of formal education to get a better grasp of what the job entailed. I finally zeroed in on Product School after doing tons of research. Product School had a pretty comprehensive syllabus in place and I knew I’d get the opportunity to learn all this from a top notch instructor. I’m almost done with my 8 week course and I couldn’t be happier. Joel Palathinkal was the instructor for my course and he’s been fantastic. Through in class exercises, case studies and discussions, he’s made sure we understand every aspect of the role. For me, the whole idea behind enrolling in this course was to learn from someone who does this day in day out. The experiences Joel shared with us helped me get a good sense of what’s expected from a PM in the real world. My favorite part of the course has been the interactions I have had with my fellow classmates. Since I enrolled for the online class, there are students from literally all parts of the world and its been fun working with such a diverse group of individuals. Thank you Joel and Product School for a 5 star experience!

I took the Product Management course recently at Product School with Joshua Vincent and enjoyed my experience with the class. For someone coming from a non-technical world, I thought that this course provided a solid foundation of the core principles surrounding product management, including key methodologies, processes, and stakeholders involved from start to finish. Each week, we worked on the topic covered and applied it to a real-life company that we had chosen for our final project. I liked that the course format was a combination of lecture, group exercises, and self-study. Josh was great at addressing all of our questions and giving us thorough feedback on your final presentations. I would highly recommend Product School for anyone looking to transition into the PM world.

I attended Product School from November 2017-February 2018, my instructor was Dr. Joel Palathinkal. I wasn't sure what to expect from the class but ultimately the experience was incredibly positive. My highlights: 1) The Instructor- Don't let the doctorate throw you off, Joel is far from a stuffy academic. He teaches with a lot of energy and enthusiasm, and designs exercises to get the whole class engaged. He also has a great perspective on the field of Product Management due to his experience across different industries (media, defense, finance, etc). 2) My classmates- It was awesome to spend my Saturdays with a group of intelligent, open-minded and passionate product people. 3)Building a product- The activity of designing and building a launch plan for my own product was a challenging but extremely rewarding experience. The positive environment of the class freed me to take creative risks and stretch out of my comfort zone. The end result was a product concept that I'm proud to include in my professional portfolio.

I just (today) completed the week long accelerated product management certification course. The overall learning experience and the content was awesome just as the buzz friends and the PS school website were making. Very important to note that I made a great decision in choosing a cohort/schedule by the instructor and his background. Just like I imagined, Charles (Charlie) Huang was absolutely a great instructor with the great background. He delivered an awesome learning experience with the content as well as outside of it by sharing several of his personal experiences. For anyone, who is aspiring for the Tech PM role I strongly recommend working with Charles (Charlie) Huang.

I just finished the 8 week Software Product Management course at the Product School in New York City. The course is highly recommended for those who are looking to advance/start their as PM. I only have good things to say about my instructor Ravi Patel. He brings in with him a a great experience and definitely good knowledge about the subject. He made the class really fun by sharing is daily life experiences and making us work through practical use cases. The course curriculum and study material was extensive. After completing the course you will have a very good understating of the duties of the PM role and how to steer your way to this career path.
