First month in and my body is transforming! If you are ADHD or Peri-Menopausal listen up: 1) If you are ADHD these workouts are perfect for you. Every class is completely different so you will never get bored, and there are barley any break between sets, which allows your brain to just focus on the exercise at hand. 2) If you are Peri-Menopausal (35 years or older) you are gradually starting to go through hormonal changes that require weight and resistance exercises to build muscle, which is exactly what these classes specialize in. 3) The classes are small enough that you get personalized adjustments and a lot of encouragement along the way. And by the time you think you want to give up the class is over, which makes the 45 minute classes go along way as long as you stay consistent every week. 4) I would totally recommend anyone to give the student special a try. Project Body is built for women interested in re-building their bodies and I can tell you IT IS TOTALLY WORKING for me. This place will win you over and totally give you a wonderful return on your investment as long as you stay consistent. I am so happy that I found this studio and feel very lucky to live close enough to their convenient location.

Love it here. The owner and other instructors are high energy, the classes are the perfect size so they still can still pay attention to each individual, it’s a friendly and encouraging and clean environment. I take Pilates and a few variations of the workout classes they offer and this is what I needed to be motivated to get back into being consistent. I’ts been 6 weeks, results are noticeable and I have rarely repeated any of the exercises from a previous class , it’s mind boggling lol. Nothing but good things to say!

I started taking classes at Project Body six months ago and absolutely love it! I  was looking to do something new that would challenge my body outside of a traditional gym setting and Project Body has exceeded my expectations. I'm very comfortable at the studio, the schedule is flexible and all of the trainers are wonderful. The varied class options and equipment make every workout feel fresh and fun. It also feels great to be surrounded by like minded women that are investing in themselves. Hearing that "YES!!" from Claudia always makes my day better!

Claudia and Project: Body has transformed my body!! I started initially with personal training a few days a week to gain muscle and get wedding ready. But now I am hooked, it’s no longer about a short term goal but a part of my life! Claudia is incredible and knows how to work your individual body to see incredible results. I used to be timid of group classes but now love them. All the instructors challenge you and everyone is so encouraging. Highly recommend - it has been life (and body) changing for me!!!

Project:BodyATL specializes in Pilates and Barre classes that offer a comprehensive full-body workout focused on strength, flexibility, and balance. This low-impact yet highly effective system is perfect for all ages and fitness levels, helping clients alleviate chronic back pain, increase lung capacity, and promote better circulation. Barre classes, inspired by ballet and incorporating elements of strength training and isometric exercises, focus on sculpting long, lean muscles with graceful, controlled movement. These classes are especially beneficial for improving posture, core strength, joint stabilization, and flexibility — all done in a way that is easy on the joints. The unique blend of Pilates and Barre at Project:BodyATL allows you to complement various fitness goals, from injury prevention to weight loss and improved athletic performance. The studio’s group classes also feature motivating music and a supportive atmosphere, making each session both challenging and enjoyable.

The social aspect of synchronized workouts fosters connection and encourages participants to motivate one another. The studio’s spacious and well-equipped setting ensures that groups can comfortably participate without feeling crowded. Additionally, the mix of Pilates, Barre, and TRX in their offerings can accommodate varied interests in your group, from those seeking deep core strength and posture correction to others wanting graceful strength and low-impact workouts. The low-impact nature of Barre especially makes it accessible to people recovering from injuries, pregnant women, or those new to exercise, meaning your group can be diverse in ages and abilities yet still experience effective workouts together. Project:BodyATL also provides expert instructors who create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports both beginners and experienced practitioners. This attention to personalized coaching enhances the group experience by helping everyone feel confident and engaged during the sessions.

How does Pilates at Project:BodyATL benefit you and your friends?

Pilates is one of the core workout methodologies at Project:BodyATL, and it brings numerous benefits that enhance group wellness. Practicing Pilates strengthens the deep core muscles, which stabilize the spine and improve posture — critical areas that impact overall health and daily functional movement. These exercises are slow, controlled, and precise, reducing the risk of injury while effectively toning muscles and increasing flexibility. This makes Pilates a powerful tool for correcting muscle imbalances that can otherwise cause stress or injury in everyday life. It also promotes mental focus and clarity by encouraging mind-body connection, reducing stress levels through concentrated breathing and movement. As a group activity, Pilates encourages mutual support and shared progress, making it a more motivating and enjoyable practice. People with chronic back pain can find relief, and athletes can enhance their functional fitness, making it beneficial for all fitness levels and conditions. This collective experience of Pilates at Project:BodyATL can strengthen friendships through shared physical and mental benefits.

What makes Barre classes at Project:BodyATL a standout for groups?

Barre classes at Project:BodyATL set themselves apart by combining the grace of dance with strength training's effectiveness. Borrowing from ballet, Barre uses small, controlled, repetitive movements that target not only major muscle groups but also the stabilizing muscles responsible for balance and posture. This method creates long, lean muscles without bulk and is notably low-impact, making it accessible and safe for many people, including those with joint pain or injuries. The sessions are engaging with motivating music that keeps energy levels high, which is perfect for group dynamics — friends can encourage one another to push through challenging moves together. Barre also focuses heavily on core and pelvic floor strength, enhancing posture, reducing lower back pain, and improving overall agility. This makes it a fantastic option for pre- and postnatal women within your group or those seeking a welcoming, joint-friendly workout. The shared experience of building strength and flexibility in a supportive setting strengthens bonds and builds community.

How does Project:BodyATL cultivate a unique fitness community?

Project:BodyATL prides itself on more than just fitness; it cultivates a community where every participant feels valued and connected. This starts with attentive, friendly instructors who tailor classes to accommodate all levels and encourage positive interaction among attendees. The studio’s group classes, set to upbeat, motivating music, foster an inviting, energizing environment that sustains focus while having fun. The variety of class offerings—from Pilates to Barre to TRX—ensures inclusivity, making it possible for any group to find a workout style that resonates collectively. By rallying here with your friends, you step into a space that nurtures personal transformation alongside shared experiences. Attendees often describe Project:BodyATL as a second home where fitness becomes a social activity and friendships flourish naturally through mutual goals and encouragement. These aspects create an ideal setting not just for a workout but for meaningful connection, motivation, and lasting memories.

Why is the combination of Pilates and Barre at Project:BodyATL especially effective?

The dual offering of Pilates and Barre at Project:BodyATL is a strategic combination that creates a balanced, comprehensive fitness experience. Pilates focuses deeply on core stabilization, spinal alignment, and controlled movement patterns that enhance overall body function and prevent injuries. Barre complements this by emphasizing muscular endurance through isometric holds and petite, ballet-inspired movements that elongate muscles and improve balance. Together, they provide a holistic approach — Pilates builds the foundational core strength and posture correction, while Barre sculpts and tones the body with grace and agility. This synergy maximizes functional fitness, flexibility, and overall strength gains, all within a low-impact, joint-friendly framework. For groups, this variety means every participant can engage in an exercise form that matches their goals and abilities while benefiting from complementary training effects. Project:BodyATL’s approach encourages adherence and enjoyment by mixing styles that keep workouts fresh and results rewarding.

What should you expect from a group session at Project:BodyATL?

When attending a group session at Project:BodyATL with your friends or family, expect a highly engaging, professionally led workout infused with a lively community spirit. The classes typically begin with warm-ups that get everyone moving at their own pace, followed by carefully structured sequences targeting core strength, flexibility, and balance. Motivating music elevates the atmosphere, encouraging a positive and focused mindset throughout the hour. Instructors offer modifications for different skill levels, ensuring inclusivity, and actively create a supportive space where participants can cheer each other on. With the shared challenge and accomplishment of the workout, group members often walk away feeling energized, connected, and proud of their progress. The friendly and encouraging environment also makes it easy to socialize and build friendships beyond the workouts, setting the stage for frequent meetups focused on wellness and community.
