I was really excited to try barre. I booked the complementary 30 minute intro class, two days before I received a text letting me know I was the only one booked in that class so if I wanted to I could be moved to an early time slot so that I wouldn’t be alone in that class, that unfortunately wouldn’t work for me on such short notice. I let her know that it wouldn’t work and then she asked if I wanted to keep my original class time at 10:30 which I didn’t since being the only one there made me more anxious. I responded to her text asking if I could just be rescheduled. Moments later I get an email letting me know my class was canceled and no text or any type of follow up regarding rescheduling my intro class. It felt very rude, I will be trying a different location in hopes I can finally try barre.
