I had a terrible experience at Purity Nails and unfortunately can’t recommend this salon to anyone. Im not sure how this place is so highly reviewed. I booked a pedicure and while my technician was kind and did a good job with my polish, my sister had a terrible experience with Faith, right next to me, and from start to finish, the experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The environment was unsanitary — they used plastic buckets for soaking feet instead of proper pedicure tubs, and there was little attention paid to hygiene or cleanliness. They used the same water to wash my feet, the tools, then rinsed the callus removal tools in the bucket while our feet were still in them. I was genuinely concerned about the safety of the tools being used, products, and the overall setup. There were dirty, stained rags everywhere, and being used on our feet/legs and just generally felt it was very unclean. Also the price was unexpected for the service provided. The pedicure with gel removal was $85. Which I’m fine with the price if my feet weren’t soaking in a plastic bucket and the level of hygiene wasn’t giving me a panic attack. This was not only a waste of time and money, but I left feeling frustrated and worried about the cleanliness standards. Also to be honest everyone looked miserable working there. The environment, atmosphere and everything was super off. Im writing this in hopes review helps others make a more informed decision when booking an appointment here.

This is hands-down my favorite nail salon. I love that they use non-toxic products—no harsh chemical smells—and they have an amazing selection of Dazzle Dry and non-toxic gel polish. The space is clean and cozy, the chairs are super comfy, and the Pamper Me pedicure is my go-to. The owner is lovely, and every nail tech I’ve seen has been amazing. Liza gives the best foot massages, and Jasmine’s attention to detail is incredible. I seriously won’t go anywhere else.
