There's an incredible selection of work by local artists, across a wide range of mediums, a great variety of paints and inks made in-house, and a solid selection of art supplies related to sketching, ink drawing, calligraphy, and painting. They have some textile and sulpting supplies, too, like wool roving and modeling clay, but the focus is definitely more for art you make on paper or canvas. All the supplies are good quality; it's not like going into a big chain craft store where most art supplies are intended for small children. But even though the stuff they sell is made for "serious art", the atmosphere is welcoming and fun! You can really tell it's a place run by and made for people who love to create. They also offer classes and workshops on a wide range of topics, which you can read the schedule for on their website. So far I haven't been able to sign up for any, but I really want to.
