My family found Quantum Martial arts when my 7 year old son asked if I could get him in a fighting class. He had done a 2 week trial at a strip mall Taekwondo school at age 5. After 2 classes his sister asked if they could join too. I decided to sign up for the adult classes. It has been the best decision I have made as a 46 year old single parent. Brad is amazing with the kids. This community of teachers are wonderful, kind and respectful. The classes are half stretching, yoga, calisthenics and meditation with the intention that nobody gets hurt. Im so grateful to have found this dojo and community.

I saw my granddaughter in her Taekwondo class today. Taking the taekwondo class has really helped her focus and confidence. Brad the instructor, is very kind but strong with his directions. I was impressed to see the progress all the young students were making.

I looked high and low for the perfect fit for a martial arts spot for my son who was 8 years old at the time and finally found it at Quantum! My son has been going for almost a year now and absolutely loves it. Brad is an amazing instructor and is so kind and patient with all the kids. My son has built so much confidence and strength being at quantum and has now even convinced our neighbors son to also join! Hands down the best martial arts in Portland and they work with you on the financial part which is amazing.

I recommend Quantum to anyone who wants to challenge themselves in a fun and engaging environment. At Quantum, people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome. As a non-profit, we all work hard to make sure the dojo is a clean and safe place to train. Master Evans is a very talented and inspiring martial artist with a background in dance. Her curriculum is creative and challenging, but fun to learn! It is also fun sparring with her, if you get the chance! I feel lucky to be surrounded by such amazing and compassionate people. All of the instructors at Quantum are patient and will help you learn the curriculum at your own pace. We are here to have fun, come train with us!
