Just arrived back to United States in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii ( check my pictures!) after a spectacular 21 day cruise from Sydney, Australia. The service was most excellent in every department I cannot thank the staff enough for caring and sharing such positive attitude and services. There are inspiring messages all through our the ship that always made me feel so positive and uplifted ( a brilliant idea whoever thought to post these messages!) I was always so grateful to staff and other travelers all just wanting a good time!! I have been on around 10 cruises now and this cruise was definitely the most memorable and most inspiring and I was even able to indulge but not gain weight. I need to give shout out to spectacular spa team especially management Lealani from South Africa and my favorite masseuse " Marycel" and Lulun, and the BEST accupuncture Dr. Chen helped my husband and I together with 3 treatments each!! Also the fitness center with most excellent trainers... They both gave BEST advice and demonstration ever to maintaining healthy lifestyle and training especially reviewing the biometrics of the BMI, & cellular mechanics etc. Another favorite and hard working staff is in the Bistro and the 270 cafe always fresh and no lines!! Overall we could tell RCL doing it right on this ship with excellent management all the way from a superior well loved and highly trained captain to the smallest details. Only been off the ship for 2 hours and already looking to book another cruise with RCL especially with some of our favorites on Quantum of the Seas number one!! Aloha and MAHALO all the way from Maui

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful and looking for ways to be more so. Always had a great attitude. The ship felt new and was well designed throughout. The rooms were small, but you should know that going in. They have everything you need. Everything was cleaned well and often. The waiters were good. They really wanted good ratings and worked for it. Their English as a 6 to 9 of 10. The food in the dining halls was ok to good. The buffet food was bad to ok. You really had to know what to look for. Most food was not great, but I am picky. There was a place for little kids to play, but it was small. I wish it was bigger and there were two of them. The pool helped a lot. They take your bags from the boat to the airport, which is fantastic. The normal tea was the cheap stuff with OK water that is often not hot. They do have real, good Chai Tea in the mornings in one special stop. I don’t really like cruises, so I can recommend. I went to make others happy. The shows are not my style.

Balcony room was nice and comfortable 👍 Buffet was good, many choices, everyday have different themes, Chinese, Mexico, Mediterranean…..etc Entertainment show was professional 👍 Check in and out …quick quick The trip we were satisfied. Only thing disappointed was the tour from Caribean cruise was too pricey. If you go for local travel agency , they provided the same tour, 40-50% less money. For example, the cruise will charge A$500 for snorkelling tour, if you go to local tour is A$250, but to be honest, it will be more convenient and trouble free if you go for tour organise by cruise ship. They can make sure you can return on time.

My first cruise ever! 8 nights onboard Royal Carribean Quantum of the Seas. Sailing from Brisbane to Noumea New Caledonia. Amazing ship! The staff are all incredible. The food is amazing. Highlights are at the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at Windjammer restaurant, the pizza at Sorrentos and dinner at the Main Dining room. I also tried 2 specially restaurants at extra cost. Amazing Japanese food at Izumis and very good Italian at Jamie's. So much quality entertainment. Great bands, awesome theatre shows. Very good, well equipped gymnasium. Internet connection is a bit slow but you are in the middle of the ocean. I highly recommend cruising with Royal Carribean.

Nice ship, vast space for venturing around. Food is mediocre, my favourite is still the Indian food at windjammer However, during COVID situatuon in Singapore, this experience is reduced to "0" star! Not the fault of the cruise vessel, but perhaps this isn't a good time to go for cruise due to too many restriction, such as no alcohol policy after 1015pm!

Budgeting for onboard expenses such as specialty dining, premium WiFi, or activities like North Star should be discussed so everyone has clear expectations.
