I found the pedicure to be overpriced and mediocre. I was charged $71.50, despite having signed for a $70 service. The experience was not enjoyable; the sponge Tom (my tech) used felt like a brillo pad. He also wasn't very friendly and made me feel like a burden. I opted for the "Luxe Pedi" upgrade, but there was nothing luxurious about it. My nails were filed/shaped unevenly and the gel polish was applied too thickly. Only giving two stars as a courtesy because they were able to get me on the same day. I think the good reviews are based on who you get, however, it's not consistent. Also, the towel that was used during the service was visibly not clean. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience and will not return.

I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes to be seen - not ideal, but I was willing to let that slide. I had booked two services: a Russian manicure and gel nails. The technician started doing the manicure without confirming anything, and when I mentioned that I had also booked a Russian mani, she got visibly irritated and told me I should have reminded her. I’m not sure why that’s my responsibility when the booking was already made. She then proceeded to cut my nails far too short. When I expressed some surprise, instead of offering a solution, she told me I’d need acrylics to fix it - which would involve cutting them all even shorter. I decided to just let them grow out. Then came the French manicure. It was rushed and extremely uneven - honestly, the worst I’ve ever had. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy with how it looked, she got upset again and blamed the shape of my nails, saying she couldn’t fix it (which felt more like an insult than an explanation). Funny, considering I’ve had plenty of great manicures in the past without this issue. To top it all off, she clearly rushed me out the door, didn’t ask if I liked my nails, and showed no interest in making it right. I left with nails I genuinely dislike and now have to spend more money getting them fixed somewhere else. Avoid this place if you care about quality or customer service.

After my own 2 experiences & my sister’s experience, I thought I needed to share my thoughts on our service at this place. The quality is not great and I’ve left feeling frustrated more than once. I recommended the place to my sister and she also had a negative experience. Ultimately, we are not getting what we ask for. Paint jobs are not neat, services are rushed, and when we speak up we are met with negative attitudes. I asked for cat eye polish on toes and was met with frustration that it was only for fingernails. Whatever. I paid the difference and got what I asked for but it took a little bit of push from me. Next service, I asked for French tip on toes, I expressed I did not want pink base, I wanted nude and she panted them with pink base. She had to remove the color and she left a lot of residue on my cuticles and the French tip job was really messy but I didn’t want to argue anymore. My sister went and got a full set French tip and paid $80. She was rushed out, got coffin shape instead of square and the job itself was thick, lumpy and uneven, very unattractive. She went in for a correction because she was so unhappy and they charged her another $40. They don’t care about quality of service. We are newly moved to the area and want the business to know we are not happy and won’t be returning.

Queen Spa did such a great job on my wedding mani pedi! Kimmy was a wonderful nail tech who did the most beautiful French ombré with chrome dip for me. She was so attentive and kind. Auna did my pedi and did an incredible job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Just found my favorite nail spa in Austin!

Been coming here for a couple of months, not in the habit of typically breaking nails in between appointments- the nail break was totally my fault- showed up to see if they could help the morning after it happened… no questions asked, River took care of me and got me fixed up super quick. Little does she know fixing that one nail so quickly and without an issue helped give me solace over the next few days before my next appointment- a full set goes a long way for this career woman juggling 2 toddlers, guardianship over 2 teens and just every day life for someone working hard to get their pink back - THANK YOU
