This is a pretty average qt. They used to have the cleanest outside areas of all gas stations. Their standards have dropped a couple years ago now the floors by the gas pumps are always dirty. I actually hate getting back into my car worried about what might be on the bottom of my shoe. The inside of the store is pretty awesome. They recently remodeled it. The only thing that they did not update were the coffee, iced tea and soda dispensers. Those show signs of looking grungy and look like they are not clean thoroughly, just a quick wipe down. Although this QT is close to home and I am there often because of convenience, I do wish they would do something about all of the panhandlers out front. The staff here is usually pretty attentive and very hospitable. If the iced tea handles looked very clean and the lot outside was cleaned frequently, I would have given them another star.

I recently visited this location to cash in a few scratcher tickets. I don’t buy them often, so I wasn’t familiar with the process or any store-specific policies. The cashier was unsure as well and asked the manager for clarification. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the manager responded with passive-aggressive remarks and told the cashier he might get written up,implying it was somehow my fault. Even after I apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused, the manager continued with sarcastic comments like, “Oh well, it’s just a write-up,” or “I’ll probably get fired.” As a paying customer, I felt uncomfortable and unfairly blamed for what was clearly a training issue. Instead of shifting blame onto customers, it would be more productive to provide proper training to staff so these kinds of misunderstandings don’t happen again. Was getting a drink at the soda stand one of my homeless buddies.He was just filling up his drinks and the whole time the q t worker is just walking around , complaining about shit in the store and cursing. Jean jean vangry angry and then he just kicked my homeless buddy out of store. For no reason like me, he was literally just he went out to go get money and he came back in and he said he was stealing yourself in a while. I was literally just watching this stuff. And then it kicks him out just because he didn't want him there when this guy literally doesn't bother anything. Than whatever he was literally just getting then. Use's threatening to call the cops or whatever and still discursing talking about how things are done or something. I don't know a very unpleasant experience. Short darkerskin guy with little dreadlocks. Very rude. Never had a cutie experience like this before. A guy definitely needs some form of being polite and training not just sounds like he's just kicking people on the back.For no reason.No thank you not shopping here
