I went to RA for my birthday and had a wonderful experience. Juliana, our server, was kind and attentive. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We had the mango ceviche, seared tuna, ultimate shrimp tempura, and the lobster shrimp roll. The margaritas were delicious. Will defintely be back!

Disappointing experience at a location of a chain that I've enjoyed for years. We arrived late and the place wasn't very busy. Our intention was to celebrate a graduation, but the experience was less than stellar. The food took very long to arrive; we were given 2 different stories as to why the food took long: 1- we're really busy tonight 2- we're operating from 2 different kitchens, so it's taking time. Our table wasn't level and was shaking. We asked them to put something underneath to help level it. The server tried but ended up spilling the water. When he came to wipe the water, he spilled some of the water onto one of us- this happened because he didn't wipe the water to the side of the table where we were sitting, but wiped it towards us, despite us asking him to wipe in the opposite direction. One of the items served wasn't what we ordered and nothing was done to correct it even when it was mentioned to the server. There was an automatic tip added to the bill even though there was only 4 of us. I would recommend better training for the servers to prevent such experiences for others. The saving grace was the view of Austin. Our table was on the balcony and it afforded us a great view.

The environment and the red hints on the wall and furniture enthralled us. Our server Lillie, was amazing from providing us great recommendations to checking on our welfare. We were provided an assortment of sauces to try, and I got green tea too. We ordered an ahi tuna poke bowl, sashimi, salmon teriyaki bowl and california roll. The food was incredible: the fish was fresh, food came quick, and it didn’t miss. Overall, Lillie and the everyone that worked there were friendly, accommodating and welcoming to us. Their service, the food and the atmosphere made the experience great and i highly recommend coming here.

WOW! About sums it up. Came by at random while looking for a place to get oysters. Had the most amazing atmosphere, service was impeccable. The delivery and presentation of the food was as if we were royalty. Our amazing and lovely person that served us was Emma. She made my daughter feel like a princess and even gave us one of our only Daddy daughter photos from our trip. Thanks again and we will be back every time we visit Austin!

Came here with my girlfriend for a date and started out with the RA RA shrimp. Sauce was phenomenal. For our mains she got the Tuna sashimi, absolutely amazing dish and perfect for small eaters. I got the Filet Mignon and lobster hibachi entrée. Couldn't express enough how much flavor there was, 10/10 and will get again next time. Our server was awesome and the workers there are absolutely amazing with a bright sense of humor. I ended up losing my wallet there, called them to find out if it was there and they found it within a minute!
