Hot dog bread stale, hot dog barely warm, microwave doesn't work, staff rude. Store dirty. Staff is unprofessional and unable to help guests. Staff acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. This store should be shut down or completely re-employed

Greenville/Forest Racetrac, 5:00 p.m. Busy. But what ticks me is there was another employee that could have helped at the register, but she was yapping with the security guard, who was cussing every other word, not paying attention to what he should be doing. So the line was way backed up. Not impressed. Not professional.

Well this morning I walked in to see if I could get a couple of creamers for my coffee in the car and they told me no! I have been fueling at this RaceTrac for YEARS ALMOST EVERY DAY. And she comes running out saying I didn’t know you were a customer YOU DIDNT ASK YOU JUST SAID NO!

I had a disappointing experience at Racetrack recently. Upon entering the store to make a purchase, I was approached by a security guard who insisted that I leave my backpack by the front door. I explained that I had valuable items inside—including a $1,000 laptop, memory cards, and a portable monitor—and I wasn’t comfortable leaving my personal property unattended. Despite this, the guard maintained the policy, so I chose to leave without making a purchase. It’s frustrating that a gas station with security guards on-site would rather enforce an unreasonable rule than prioritize customer safety. If they have guards, they should be monitoring customers, not demanding that people leave their belongings vulnerable to theft. This policy is both inconvenient and inconsiderate, especially for those carrying expensive or sensitive items. I won’t be returning until they implement a more customer-friendly approach.
