I loved this speakeasy cocktail spot. I’ve been to so many places and rarely do I walk out thinking that the drinks are worth it. Raines drinks were definitely worth it. I also loved how nicely decorated the patio area was. It’s so different than the inside - brightly lit and airy. They also give you blankets when you sit out there so you won’t be cold. Service was fast and they checked in on us quite often. I love the concept of ringing a doorbell to get in. Inside it feels very dark and intimate, a perfect spot for a romantic date night. this was my first time visiting RLR and oh my it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. from the flavorful cocktails and original mocktail to the whimsical yet exclusive atmosphere - my entire experience from start to finish was everything and more. we were greeted by a delightfully beautiful crimson honey blonde-haired hostess who took our coats as we were a group of three. we were shown to the bar (which was our preference) and the general manager Luke introduced us to our bartender for the night Robin who was full of knowledge and provided great recommendations. we got the nibble combo which was the perfect amount of accouterments, and I had a mocktail that was extremely refreshing. Luke informed us of the extensive spirit collection they tote, and Robin suggested a mildly smoky sipping mezcal called Noble Coyote that was very smooth. we will definitely be coming back, as the experience was extremely elevated with exceptional customer service. RLR is a great place for after dinner drinks or an intimate gathering of friends over exquisite cocktails in a comfy and cool speak-easy style setting.

Jonathan then crafted another cocktail that literally moved my soul, featuring vodka in a way I had never experienced before. To wrap up the night, I enjoyed another stellar recommendation—a tequila cocktail that still held onto a refreshing strawberry profile. It was truly a knockout! Chad, the District Manager, even stopped by to thank us for our visit, which added a personal touch to our experience. He generously offered several other places to check out before I leave New York, which I greatly appreciated.
