RDC deserves all the stars in the sky & beyond, it actually makes me emotional. my daughter has been dancing with this company since she was three years old, & here we are four years later, fully expecting to stay through college- where she hopes to maybe continue as a teacher as she studies. she’s got big plans, this girl- & the folx at rainier dance center bring out the best in her- her deep love of dance. extra special bonus love for jenna, who runs the business with the same integrity, kindness & joy that she brings to her classes. fair & accessible in every way. a place that is truly ‘community first’. cant thank these angels enough. to share an example of how i could not be more seriously grateful, i’ve copied below, an email i sent to the staff after the 2023 recital. “ RDC team- i just wanted to drop a quick note to say that this years’ recital was truly so so special. i volunteered backstage last year so this was my first experience in the audience. my own daughter danced only twice, near the end (i exploded inside), even still i was all but weeping the entire show. the energy that everyone brought was beyond beautiful. the joy was palpable, & it was very apparent that everybody on that stage was truly in their magic, from the teachers to students. which, as a patron, was to say the very least, is uplifting & impressive. as the mother of a dancer who is quite dedicated & passionate about the art, it was exciting & encouraging witnessing the progression through classes, & hear the graduates’ testimonials. i was blown away at the level of dedicated production you brought to the entire event. ‘sign of the times’ had me so emotional. you deserve all your flowers!”

Dance instruction is fine. Great for the community. Unfortunately, I can't say much positive about the office. They sell merch, but don't deliver and don't respond after repeated attempts. I'm still waiting for a video of my kiddo dancing from spring of 2022. I've asked for refunds repeatedly, but don't get a response. I feel badly for the personal issues of the owner and I also feel a bit scammed by never getting my purchases or money back.

The teachers are amazing, and they use dance to teach life skills, while learning dance moves in a fun environment. Jenna and her team have built a program that allows kids to grow and really come into their own. We are very thankful!
