Never actually been here.. Stopped by around there to eat.. But I know a bit about audio recording.. I see close to 50k in just the keyboards and racks..few places gonna have all that.. Even top level seems narrow in physical interfaces sometimes.. Alot of things are software based now.. But the physical ones have a different depth of function.. Sounds can be better in alot of ways.. Other than that.. Looks good.. Can use some carpentry and hvac work probably.. With all those keyboard racks in the way from a to b.. Probably not what the place is intended to for.. So I give it 5 stars..
