My friend's company had their annual company party this past weekend here. The location itself was pretty large and easily accessible. There were several different parking structures within walking distance and the signage was very easy to read. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would attend another event here for sure!

I’ve held events at many convention centers and Raleigh is definitely one of my favorites. The light in the lobby and hallways is so inviting. The staff is great to work with. Nice stacked layout, such fun space to work with (especially the grand staircase). Only issue we found was with the elevators only going to certain levels and not well marked, but I think they’re fixing that in the remodel.

We attended GalaxyCon in July 2025 and really enjoyed this venue. It's central to great hotels, restaurants and a local amphitheater where we saw a concert. Plenty of parking nearby as well.

5 Star convention center for events like this. Tournament organizers made sure that nobody had a bad seat. Staff at the center are laid back, friendly, helpful, strict for the rules. (No bags unless they are see through), no outside food. Plenty of restrooms. For my event they let food trucks inside which was an awesome perk. Would come back for another event if hosted here. Great location for Raleigh.
