Mexican fusion ramen? Say less. Their broths are so creamy. Their noodles are the perfect chew. The lime gives it the perfect tang. Come early because they will sell out and prepare to stand in a line. I’d recommend coming at least 2 hours before closing.

This place is worth the hype it’s getting. Portions are enormous and food is delicious. I do feel like it’s a little inconsistent on spice level - first time we got the tuna tostada it wasn’t spicy at all, next time it was. They do tend to run out of items on menu quickly after opening time, despite not being particularly crowded. We showed up about 3min past opening once and they were out of one item. Next time was about 30min after, and half of the taco options were out. Both on weekend, so maybe better luck on weekdays. But this place is super worth checking out.

10000/10 INSANELY GOOD! We have eaten here maybe 4 times already and I'm not one to frequent any specific restaurant. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable plus they have a great sense of humor. The crab tostada is one of our favorites, we order it every time and it's always great. The pork belly and wagyu tacos are both tender and juicy. I usually order the chilaquile ramen and I love it, it's not for everyone though as it's more of a dipping ramen and is not swimming in broth. It's so crazy how this gem is just in the middle of the Hana Market. Overall definitely recommend, if you're unsure what to order definitely ask the staff for their favorites and you won't be disappointed.

It's always good, just get here early enough to have all items available. Scallop Tostada was by far my favorite item this time around, fresh, elegant and let the scallops shine. I always appreciate the perfect cook on the octopus, they never miss. Love that the owner is pretty much always here

As usual, traveling for business and I like to try different places. This is a restaurant that's in a food court in a market center, and it's a fusion of Mexican and Asian, absolutely phenomenal. And I will tell you it's worth every second of the wait. I've never experienced Asian with Mexican flavor I had the pozol. I hope that's how you spell it. Bowl, and it was absolutely fantastic. A definitely must try!
