I give the venue 3 stars out of 5. It was easy in and out. Security was friendly. They had free cold water and a good selection of drinks including NA and THCA. They really could have been a 4 or even 5 star venue if it had better sound. It was muffled and muddy. Even when the main acts went on, they turned the volume up, but didn't clean the mix. The ENTIRE GZA set was inaudible. I read other reviews saying similar things. I will not return again until that's verified fixed which is a shame cuz I wanted to come see Action Bronson. Also had read those reviews about it being too hot before I went, they seemed to have fixed that issue because the temp was perfect. Now please fix the sound and you have a nice little venue.

While I did enjoy the show things could've been better. I was in town for the GZA + Lettuce show, although only for GZA. I did enjoy the performance, but could barely hear his mic, and it sounded muted and gargled. Everyone else's audio was good. I wanted him to steal one of his bands mics to use instead. Someone skip a sound check maybe? After his set I hung out on their patio, made some drunken travel plans with random strangers. While I did pop in for the lettuce set, they were markedly different from GZA and wasn't what I was looking for after the Wutang legend. The space is nice, looks like a former theater where they've taken all the old seating out. Bar prices were not too bad, I enjoyed the 1692? beer I had

The security and staff were really friendly and helpful, so that was a plus. The only downside was that the drinks were a bit pricey. A Jack and Coke in a can cost $19.62! I did not like the quality of sound on the lower level pit; we could barely hear what GZA was rapping. The sound was very “bassy” and had a whole lot of reverb; the sound just felt cheap. Hopefully, this was a one-off issue. I’ll definitely be back! The venue was modern and clean, and the neighborhood was really cool. There was plenty of street parking, and they also have a lot you can pay for. I used the SpotHere app to find a parking spot at the theater.

Went for the first time last night. The bar/restaurant is lovely. Chatted with the owner, who is local and chill. Everyone who works there is kind, even when they're insanely busy. Concert venue was the TRUTH (GZA helps). Will be back soon.

So the reason I'm giving Ramova Zero stars is due to lack of communication. When i went for Dillon Francis I had called at least 6 times to ask when the show would end i needed to know when my ride was to be there to pick me up. After weeks of leaving Voice-mails I finally received a response. We did have a wonderful time, while there we ran into a worker who said she was working on vip options because we asked about how I could have rented a private table for that event. So I have been trying to get details on maybe bringing my employees to an event as a thank you for there hard work. After emailing multiple times I finally got a response then after back and forth I was told in the email a different employee was going to handle the details. Well that employee Chelsea will not respond at all now. I went ahead and called the venue and left a voicemail with no response. Now I have tickets to holy priest and im just debating because how can a business just not respond to customers emailing and calling. I'm also trying to see about my friend who is supposed to come from out of town to Holy Priest he is on the waiting list, will he even have a chance for a ticket?
