Poorly taken care of, owner and granddaughter talk bad about other riders, the ranch is filthy and uncleaned and the bathroom is disgusting. Some stalls are made out of pure concrete as well with no mats under the shavings. Camels also come in every summer so two turnouts are taken up which means there are only two turnouts available throughout summer and only one horse is allowed in at a time, and most of the people let their horses sit in there for hours. The turnouts aren’t even grass they are dirt there is no place for the horses to graze properly and turnout time it supossed to be only 30 mins up to 2 times a day.
