Tried Randy’s for the first time today! The donuts were VERY good. The classic raised (glazed) was the best I’ve had - so fluffy and soft. The apple fritter was great, but maybe a little on the denser side. Maple bacon long john was also delicious! The service was really good and friendly. The location itself is very small and tight.

We got up early to check out Randy’s… we live nearby and the line is always out the door so we wanted to see what the hype was all about. The donuts were fantastic! They were moist and had great flavor. My husband ordered two Texas donuts and we didn’t realize how huge they are. They’re really big you definitely don’t need multiple of those. The plain glazed was my favorite, but I also got the blueberry and it was great. The service was friendly and fast and the prices are reasonable. We got two very large donuts, a twist donut and two regular sized ones. A chocolate milk and a coffee and that was all less than $30.

Randy’s Donuts has officially made its way to Atlanta, and I had the chance to check them out on day two of their grand opening. This new location sits right in the Lenox Mall parking lot, and it’s impossible to miss thanks to the iconic giant floating Randy’s donut perched outside. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine Southern hospitality. A friendly gentleman outside welcomed guests with a warm smile, and that same energy carried through to the staff inside. As a first-timer, I kept it classic—glazed, strawberry with sprinkles, vanilla with sprinkles, and a chocolate cake donut. Each one was generously sized, soft, and fluffy with just the right touch of sweetness. The setup is container-style, so don’t expect indoor seating. It’s a grab-and-go spot, but they’ve got a patio deck if you want to pause and enjoy your treats on the spot. Overall: Great experience, great donuts, and even better vibes. I’ll definitely be back for another sweet treat

I was excited to see Randy’s open in Atlanta. I visited the one in Inglewood, CA two years ago. Those were the best donuts I’ve ever had. Well that isn’t quite the case here. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the quality of the donuts, and the selections were not on point. I can get the same quality at Quick Trip for a much lower price.

If these are supposedly the best donuts in LA, maybe that’s why I don’t like LA. Or they don’t know how to follow the recipe in Atlanta. Because these were absolute trash. The apple fritter was literally a giant grease bomb! Visually it looked OK and it was big but as soon as you’ve been into it, the grease feeling in your mouth the taste I mean I probably could’ve squeezed it like a sponge and watch the grease drip out of it. As far as the space it’s nonexistent. They make everybody wait outside. They allow one person in at a time then they take 10 minutes to box up the donuts. There was about 12 people ahead of me and it took over an hour for me to get inside. Then once you get inside, they try to push you to order at least a half dozen. I told him I didn’t need that many. I just needed one or two and they were like you sure you don’t want half dozen no just one or two and they literally kept pushing it and pushing it. Absolutely not the kind of place. I’d wanna go again. For what it’s worth I did end up ordering four donuts just because I felt obligated to order more than one, but they all ended up getting tossed in the trash because none of them were worth it.
