I stopped by during my recent visit to Florida. The place was small and has this industrial looking and vibe interior. I bought rapha bottles and t-shirt. The bottles are the best cycling bottles, fits my Bontrager RL bottle cage perfectly. On the other hand, the t-shirt wasn’t impressive at all. My t-shirt had a big Rapha patch on the chest and it causes skin irritation every time I wear it.

I was staying in SB and decided to pop across to visit the Rapha store. The store is in a very nice area and has a decent product range but the staff are beyond rude/dismissive. I suspect it would put many off the Rapha brand. I asked about a group ride and they were completely dismissive of me (I currently race at UCI level). It made me laugh how rude / arrogant they were (we refer to them as freds on the local group ride!) but on a serious note I suspect the staff in the Miami store will put a lot of people off Rapha, I m particular younger folk or new customers. It is sad as it’s a cool brand with nice roots notwithstanding the current ownership. Best of luck Fran, but you have your work cut out!! P.s. the two stars strictly relates to the kit and location of store and the recent changes to the brand.
