Edit: After posting this review the salon reached out to me and I was able to go in and get them fixed free of charge. Azheln was amazing. Though the cuticle cutting was a little rough and caused a little bleeding, the nail art was beautiful. If I come back I definitely would book with her! I appreciated the customer service of Raquelle and how quick she was to make this right! Original Review: This was my first time coming to Raquellle Nail Bar. I was incredibly excited but sadly left very disappointed. I paid $95 online for my deposit and then another $144 at the end of my service. I got a pedicure and gel x manicure. While my pedicure was decent, my manicure was the worst i have ever received. Before deciding to come here I looked through their instagram and they seemed to have a lot of beautiful nail designs. Perhaps it was just the nail tech that did my nails, because I saw the other ladies doing good work, but my nails did not come out as I had hoped. I wanted to design pictured with added french tips, and I recieved something done with minimal effort and very sloppy. I would be open to coming back and getting them redone by a different nail tech. But for now I feel like I spent a large amount of money on something that left me regretting getting my nails done to begin with

THIRTY DOLLARS FOR CHROME. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN CHARGED FOR CHROME. $30 and they didn’t tell me this when I asked. I did not realize it was extra at all $110 dollars for white chrome nails. MIND YOU it was only a fill in. Not even a new set. ALSO THEY TOOK FOREVER AND THE SHAPE IS OFF. Wait I’m sorry look at the two nails in the photo. Wth . Length and shape all off. Bye DO NOT COME HERE. Responding: I don’t just want a refund. I want a partial refund. SMH nickle and diming customers. I told you I can’t come back. After postponing my appointment and paying so much I would expect better service and more respect. It’s not about being on a budget it’s about the quality of the product.

I moved a hour away recently and still commute here because no experience matches the one I have at Raquelle nail bar. I have been coming here for almost 4 years now and now feel at home at this salon it’s also a bonus knowing I will always be happy with my nails. The entire staff is so talented, but I’ll always be loyal to the one I started with. ❤️ I couldn’t recommend a business more.
