Proper review in bound, So yeah the store is typical of a family owned store. I can see how some people may have taken a negative here. Fact is the staff is knowledgeable just not ready to put up with bullshit. Go in there knowing what you want, they are not mind readers. You need to consider the staff deals with hundreds of people daily! When you walk In They are friendly, will answer questions and will help. If you’re a rude ass or just looking keep your mouth shut and don’t waste their time. take your look, thank them and be on your way. If the stores media person would stop defending the one star reviews and just thank them for coming in. Maybe seriously address the real issue I could see the star rating improving. People are gonna hate embrace the suck!
