It's a very nice mid size store, perfect for hosting TCG tournaments and a great spot to play a fun board game. The nearby cafe/tea shop is also delightful. Staff are knowledgeable and Matt especially is a SUPER cool dude. What a GREAT game store! Dragon-eyed game bags, fantastic selection of board games, card games and accessories! Nice area set aside for gaming, food and drinks available, and a bunch of people playing games the whole time. Fun atmosphere! Very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful staff who go to the trouble of not only helping customers but being welcoming? Prices are also totally reasonable- what they ask for Army Painter and Citadel paint supplies is not a PENNY higher than what’s available on the company websites- and without the shipping costs! Selection is impressive: Oodles of games (I grabbed a copy of Azul Mini for less than $20!), brushes, terrain, accessories and a literal melted Lucky Charms color palette of dice and card covers. They even have AP “Magenta Wash”- helpful for adding dimension and shading to any minis in the red/purple family! Great place- 100% recommend!

Clean, funky, and friendly. The red accents everywhere make this place stand out and make you want to stay there. They have a big play area and a cafe, board games you can rent, and lots in the way of board games, tcgs, and paraphernalia. I love that they sell sealed products at MSRP as long as you let them open the shrink wrap at the counter, that's great for people who actually care about the games. All of the employees were super nice and helpful and the crowd that gathers there was just as friendly.

Red Castle is my "hometown game store," even though I live in North Vancouver. I shop here with so much regularity that the navigation system in my vehicle suggests Red Castle as a destination more frequently than it suggests I visit my mother. Is that a problem? Not at all. Red Castle has been absolutely killing it for years. It's a great place to browse with a hot cup of good coffee (made right there fresh for you) in-hand. They always have an excellent selection of new and old games, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and super geeky. They're just as excited to be there as anyone else. Make sure you keep an ear out for sales and promotions. They run some good ones, especially around Black Friday.

This game and card shop is great. Parking can be little to non-existent due to street parking and the location. The staff are great and super friendly. The cafe in the same location makes it an awesome one-stop shop for all things gaming. There were card tournaments and casual play going when we stopped by. The card counter has 2 computers where you can browse and order cards right in the store. You can also do card orders online and pick up at the store. I think my family just found their favorite card shop on the East side.
