The vibe there was dope! Everyone was very nice and cool. Drinks were great and the DJ was a hit, playing a good mix of all Caribbean music. I didn't eat any food but my friends said the jerk chicken and beef patties were both delicious. No complaints I'd definitely go back!

It truly is one of kind. The heart and soul for afrobeats and Caribbean culture here in Seattle. They provide a veggie “meat patty” if you arrive on weekends before 9. During the week, their specials on Tuesdays are unmatched. Multiple screens to provide sports viewing, while maintaining a great vibe for those enjoying food or drink. The bartenders are approachable without being overzealous in sharing their culture with you. It’s your honor to be here.

My husband who is carribean, thought that this place was a must try, when he saw his country's flag hanging up in a photo on google. The food was cool. I ate mine with a pineapple drink (must try). The restaurant was somewhat empty when we went, maybe 3 others and the place is kind of big, with a dance floor in the center and a mini stage/dj area in the corner. They do have a bar on the side. Our waiter was a sweetheart and provider exceptional service...He also informed us that they would be having dancing and game night, that night and for us to come back ( this was a Thursday). We ended up going to their after party, and it was jumpin' . Carribean/dance hall music playing and ppl out on the dance floor dancing and a live dj. There were a lot of ppl, however, I didn't see security, but I wasn't looking either (saw this mentioned on another review). My husband played dominoes with others. I had one tiny negative encounter, but that didn't ruin the night. Would I come back, sure!

Me and my daughter came for lunch today and the food was really delicious. I love their beef patties. We also tried the cocoa bread and we also just got an appetizer which was the fried shrimp. The fried shrimp and french fries were really good. I just really enjoyed my food and it was not that expensive ⚠️⚠️UPDATE⚠️⚠️ Okay , took my bad little babies to go eat again and.. THIS PLACE doesn’t disappoint! We had the fried dumplings, they had a subtle sweetness to them and were soft and chewy in the inside, I ordered fried wings to go, I love them! I like how they were these big outrageous pieces. Next time I go I’m going with some adults and ordering oxtail. I never had oxtail a day in my life but I wanna try it.

It is a wonderful spot with regular performances by Jamaican stars. Never crowded which gives a collegiate touch, especially when you have to be an arm length away from Queen Ifrica or any of the global reggae stars who make stops at this spot. The downside is their drinks cans be expensive. I ordered a drink and I was charged 12 bucks. When I ordered the same drink an hour later, I was charged 15 bucks. This is something the owners must change, for it felt like robbery to me.
