We got seated pretty quickly and got menus. Waiter came got our drink orders, we sat decided what we wanted and the waiter came to take our order. We ordered and during our meal didn’t get no fries. We were all almost done with our meals when we finally got some fries. We all had to hold off on eating bcuz we wanted more fries. I was supposed to get endless broccoli with my turkey lettuce wrap but also had to wait for that. We finally got fries and they were extra salty and they were limp and old. I had a second bowl of broccoli and the assistant manger came and introduced himself.. he was making sure we were having a great experience. When he asked if we needed anything we said refills on our beverages and I asked for more broccoli.. he brought the drinks and said he put that order in for broccoli.. welp I never got the broccoli.. we waited and waited finally decided to leave. So I suggest work on keeping BOTTOMLESS FRIES full fresh and hot.. same with the broccoli and keep beverages filled without having to hold off on anything until we get served. Your signature is BOTTOMLESS FRIES but we get none and when when we did it was OLD.. oh wait, we are getting ready to walk out and my broccoli shows up ugh! lol 🤦♂️
