I really hate to leave a bad review, but I honestly feel like people should be aware of what’s going on here. I’ve been coming to this thrift store for years. It used to be a fun, relaxing place to shop and find great deals, but lately it’s been taken over by resellers—and it’s completely ruined the experience. Now there are groups of people who just stand around for hours waiting for the employees to bring out new racks. The moment they come out, it turns into total chaos. People shove, push, and crowd around so aggressively that it’s hard to even get close to the clothes. I’ve seen people literally grab entire sections before anyone else even has a chance. What really upset me was how some of them treated the women working there. I watched a couple of men harass an employee who was just trying to do her job. They were following her around, trying to pressure her about what racks she was bringing out, and you could tell she was super uncomfortable. It was honestly disgusting to watch. This used to be a community store where anyone could shop, but now it feels like a battleground for people trying to flip items online. Management really needs to do something about this. There should be rules about crowding the racks or at least some basic respect for the staff and other customers. Until something changes, I won’t be coming back. It’s just not worth the stress anymore.

Great thrift store. Really good prices. I found some great variety of boardgames (mostly mainstream popular). I just wish stores would organize clothes by size rather than color. This store is huge. If you browse enough, you will definitely find an item to purchase at a great price. I'll start with the cons because they are simple and worth knowing. 1. The policy to not sell without a pricetag is pretty draconian. I understand some customers will abuse on-the-fly pricing by removing or altering tags, so I do have empathy for why the rule exists, but any staff person in charge at a given time should be able to assist the customer to move merch out and get it paid for quickly. Most thrift stores throw a lot of items out, so if someone wants to buy something, they should facilitate that. 2. There are no fitting rooms. I know fitting rooms are also abused by some customers, but paired with no returns, it makes it hard to purchase some types of clothing, especially if they are a little pricey. 3. The sign by the registers says there is a $2 minimum when using a credit card to make a purchase - which is fine - but there is no sign or notice from the employees about the surcharge when using a credit card to pay until you are almost finished paying. This surcharge should be on the signs or announced by the cashiers when collecting payment. Then if I decide to pay with cash, I could use the ATM within the store before lining up for checkout. 4. Big brand names were kind of expensive for a thrift store. $20 Lululemon tops, $45 Steve Madden shoes - I know this is a lot less than retail, but the items are not new. When almost all shoes were $15 - which still isn't super cheap - I was a little shocked at the $45 tag on that particular pair. But I found a pair of UGG rain boots for $15, so it's not all high. Pros: 1. This store is huge. Legit, if you walk out without a single item, you're not looking very hard. They have tons of shoes and clothes. I don't love that clothes are sorted by color, but you get used to it. I would prefer ordering by size. It would also help a lot to include clothing size on the pricetags for a quick check when browsing. 2. The pricing is generally cheap, especially for the grab bags. I got 9 great hair clips in perfect condition for $3 - one still had the original tag on it. I found about 20 pairs of shoelaces for $3. Anyway. Don't pass these up! Kids clothes were also pretty cheap. Great for a wardrobe refresh when they grow quickly! 3. Some of the handbags were a little pricey, but many of them were certainly affordable and there were a lot on sale which also helped. There are also a LOT of handbags - many from big brands like MK, Vera Bradley, Coach, the Sak, etc. 4. Many items are on sale. They have about 6 colors for tags. Two were full price, one was 25% off, two were 50% off and one was 75% off. We saw mostly full price items, but many were discounted - except for 75% off. I assume the bigger discount is for older items which explains why we didn't see them. It was also a Sunday afternoon, so I know the busy weekend probably exhausted all deep discount things 5. The staff was very friendly, courteous and hard-working! Many of them speak both English and Spanish, and they were all kind and professional even when we had some trouble at checkout.
