This bar is open till 4 AM, so if you want some late night drinks, this is the place to hit. We turned to this place after getting rejected by a speakeasy, but this place lifted our spirits. There was live music towards the front of the bar, and people were vibing but there are some seats towards the end of the bar. The drinks were pretty good and not crazy expensive. They also have smoking room which is detached in case you want to smoke.

This is a unique hole in the wall place that had vibes emanating out onto the street. The drinks are strong, the piano player is engaging and lively and the dancing will keep a smile on your face all night long. Well worth finding this place if you are in Chicago.

Super busy bar… visited on a Saturday night and there was not a single place to sit and barely to stand in the main bar area. The only place I could sit was in their outside cigar lounge. I am not a cigar smoker but decided to try one so my boyfriend and I could order a couple drinks. The lounge was very cozy and calm atmosphere, but if you plan to visit for the piano, just expect a huge crowd.

High expectations from recommendations turned sour. We were there for all of 20min before we left. The music was 10/10 however the staff and atmosphere made the experience -1/10. First, the place smells like vomit in some parts of the bar. Then when it comes to getting a drink we had to wait 15min before our drink orders were taken. I purchased a total of 6 drinks for my group of friends and when a table finally opened up and no one else was jumping to sit, we waited for our cocktails to be made and then went to sit down. We were instantly told that the table was for a bar service only and we would have to start a tab. As I was explaining we all had FULL new drinks but once we finish some of us would probably order another round. We were told that unfortunately that would not be okay and we would have to stand. As there was 0 standing room in this place, we were forced to stand next to the table we had just gotten up from. Several minutes go by and no one is interested in the tables around us as I watch multiple parties of people have the same interaction with the staff. Our friend was exhausted and had just had surgery on his knee so he opted to sit since no one was jumping at the opportunity for the 10+ open seats. We were then nearly instantly told we had to leave the premises . Treating us like we had caused a bar fight, been overly intoxicated, bringing weapons… a simple idiotic policy on use of chairs in the bar turned into a dramatic 4+ staff member’s needing to escort us out. We’re not allowed to finish the drinks we just got and wasted my time, energy, and money on shitty service.
