For $85 I excepted a better job than this. Uneven nails and ridges. After my cuticles were cut and I started feeling pain I asked to just push the cuticles instead, but she kept cutting my cuticles. I had to pull my hands a few times. (The way she cleaned the cuticles and around looked pretty but I think it went too far at certain points) When the curing started hurting a lot I was told I need to give my nails a break, mind you I haven’t gotten my nails done in almost a year. I don’t think she was being malicious, but I think her experience was not up to par with the amount they’re charging.

This shop is amazing! I have been going here for 3 years and have always had an amazing experience. This shop is so cute, and they focus so much on your satisfaction and happiness - I have never been disappointed in my nails. When I first started coming here 3 years ago I had no idea what education goes into nail care. But the techs have educated me so much on nail growth and nail health and my nails are so strong now! They take care to actually be delicate with my nails, they don't rush or cut corners and my nails are in great condition because of it. I love getting extensions put on my nails (the gel-x extra long stilettos) and getting them all blinged out! I love seeing Channy because I feel she is an incredibly talented artist who can bring my thoughts to life on my nails. The shop is cute too! They decorate every year for the holidays and always have a full jar of mints at the check-out counter. I love the soft pink and gold aesthetic!

Refine Nails is hands-down the best nail salon in Seattle, and Alina is an absolute gem! She is warm, friendly, and incredibly professional, making every visit such a pleasure. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures my nails are always flawless, and her care and precision really shine through in her work. I leave the salon feeling confident and pampered every time. If you’re looking for perfect nails and a wonderful experience, I can’t recommend Alina and Refine Nails enough!

Aries did my nails and I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves 😀 first time getting nail art in my life!!! (Besides one time getting black French tip) I was obsesseddddd I got the gel x extensions with level 3 art 🖼️ After coming to refine I’ve learned so much more about nail care and health. And the education behind nails! I have so much respect for these people and the time they’ve dedicated going to school and learning this art. As someone who used to not think too much about this field. Each tech is so talented and knowledgeable. And there’s a different person whether you just want a regular mani pedi or you like to go all out with designs/art. I enjoy my time here chatting with the techs. If you like art I recommend Taleah, Aries and Daryl! But everyone is lovely They also have a smaller studio on dexter Ave as well with a few talented technicians As a budget girly this place is not always within my budget but I think you get what you pay for and you also need to consider the location too. I think prices are pretty comparable if you were to go to a lot of other techs that specialize in art and such. (Specifically the private ones) Pro tip! Ask for rose when you come in :) or if you don’t drink there’s water and limited tea options

I have been coming to this salon for years! Everyone here is so kind and talented, they really work hard to make you feel relaxed and cared for. I recently just started seeing Aries for my builder and Ashley for my pedicures, both are absolutely amazing at what they do! I have managed to grow out my natural nails for the first time ever. The shop is beautiful and the front desk girls are always happy to help me book when I'm not quite sure which art level I want. I have had so much fun experimenting with different designs and themes and I really appreciate the detail that goes into my nail care. I cannot recommend this salon enough!!!
